What makes Gobu Store different from other art print shops?

We don’t believe in mass-produced wall decor. Gobu Store works with a limited group of carefully selected artists whose work stands out. Most of our collection is exclusive to us—created specifically for our store and not available anywhere else. At Gobu we have a bit of everything for everyone.

Where do the artworks come from?

Our prints are crafted by a global network of emerging and independent artists. Each artist is handpicked for their distinctive voice and aesthetic, ensuring that every piece reflects authenticity, creativity, and cultural richness.

Are the artworks limited edition?

Many of our prints are produced in small runs or made exclusively for Gobu Store. While not all are labeled “limited edition,” we intentionally avoid oversaturation to keep each artwork special.

Who founded Gobu Store?

Gobu Store was started by two best friends with a lifelong love for creativity and culture. What began as a shared dream to give back to the artistic world that shaped them has grown into a platform that brings meaningful, beautiful art into everyday spaces.

How often do you release new work?

Yes. Our artworks are produced and shipped as close as possible to where our customers are—reducing transport distances, waste, and CO₂ emissions. All our products are made with responsibly sourced and sustainable materials, including paper and wood from sustainably managed forests. We also work with trusted partners who meet international safety standards and deliver high-quality prints designed to last.

What kind of prints can I order at Gobu Store?

We offer a carefully selected range of high-quality art prints to fit different styles and budgets. Our collection include Classic Semi Glossy Poster and Wooden Framed Semi Glossy Poster Posters (black and wooden) in: A4 (210X297mm), A3 (297x420mm) and A2 (420x594mm).

Do framed posters arrive ready to hang?

Yes! Our framed posters come fully assembled—you won’t need to insert the print yourself. You’ll just need to hang it on your wall. We recommend using standard wall hooks or nails, depending on your surface.

Custom requests

Can I request a custom artwork or print?

Yes! We offer custom artworks for those looking for something truly personal. If you have a specific idea, theme, or size in mind, you can submit a request through our contact form. Once we receive the details, we’ll get back to you with a quote.

What happens after I make a request?

Once your request is confirmed and the artwork is created, you’ll have the first option to purchase it. If you decide not to go through with the order, we may release the artwork in our webshop for the wider Gobu Store community to enjoy.

Returns and refunds

What is Gobu Store’s return policy?

Since all our prints are made to order and created just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for correctly delivered items. This includes cases like ordering the wrong size, selecting the wrong design or variation, or simply changing your mind.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We want you to be happy with your order. If your item arrives damaged, contains a printing error, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery using the contact form on our website. Be sure to include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Because production starts shortly after your order is confirmed, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations. However, feel free to reach out to us as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to assist if the order hasn’t been processed yet.

Why don’t you accept standard returns?

Every print is made specifically for you, and we don’t keep stock. This made-to-order approach helps us reduce waste and operate more sustainably, while still providing high-quality, personalized artwork.
